CERTIFICATION TRACKS & ROADMAP
Grace Institute of Ministry & Leadership presents five challenging certification programs of advanced biblical education designed to develop leaders for effective Christian ministry in the church and marketplace. Students should utilize this form to track their progress through the GIML.
Ministerial Licensure: *Students completing the Licensure Track Certification will be eligible for Ministerial License and Credentials for the Preaching Ministry through Total Grace Christian Center.

- Introduction to the Old Testament
- Introduction to the New Testament
- Biblical Interpretation/Hermeneutics
- Inductive Bible Study
- Dynamics of Biblical Leadership
- Introduction to Counseling
- Fundamentals of Biblical Teaching
- Cross Cultural Communication
- Marriage and Family
- Missions/Evangelism Elective
- The Art of Preaching or Expository Preaching
- Spiritual Formation
- Foundations of Christian Ministry
- Participation in the Annual TGCC Leadership Summit
- Regular and Active involvement in a TGCC Ministry/Department
- Participation in the Grace Fellowship of Churches Synod
Diaconal Ministry: Upon successful completion of the Practical Ministry Track, the student will be eligible for consideration of advanced leadership and diaconal service through

World Missions & Evangelism: Students completing the World Missions & Evangelism Track will be eligible for evangelist/missionary credentials and commissioning through

- Equipping for Spiritual Warfare
- Spiritual Formation
- Strategies for Evangelism & Church Planting
- Building & Leading Effective Ministry Teams
- World Religions
- Foundations of Christian Ministry
- Participation on a minimum of 2 short term mission trip
- Participation in the Annual TGCC Leadership Summit
- Regular and Active involvement in the TGCC World Missions & Evangelism Department
- Participation in the Grace Fellowship of Churches Synod
Generalist: Students successfully completing the Generalist Track receive advanced instructional training.

Ministerial Practicum: These courses will be offered for practices of ministry and services to include: Liturgical Leadership, Scripture Reading, Prayers, Benedictions, Communion, Weddings, Funerals, Baby Dedications, Visitation (Hospital, Convalescent Home, Jail, and Prison), Pastoral & Family Counseling, etc.
